48 Hawthorn Avenue Again - SOUTH ROSEDALE
If this house looks familiar, it is because I posted about it back in November 2011.
It was initially listed for $3,495,000 but then the agents dropped it to $3,350,000. I am not sure if it sold.
Weird thing is, I just discovered it was listed back in April 2010, only a year and a half earlier for $2,950,000. This doesn't look like a flip though. Everything is the same except for the furniture (that living room definitely needed it!) and some different paint colours.
And the crazy paintings are still around but just different.
Is that Mick Jagger in the front hall?
Whether it sold or not, the second set of agents were definitely the staging winners. And they took better pictures.
Guess it helped that the recent owners had better furniture.
