This row house is located just on the other side of Yonge Street from the house in my last post.
And it is only $46,000 more at $1,395,000!
Plus it has one more bedroom!
I feel that this house is more appropriately priced. It has terrific views of the city, the yard is huge and the house is 2,500 square feet (that is twice the size of the other house) .
But I feel these are 2 houses for 2 different buyers. It looks like this house is currently owned by a retired couple. I suppose this house could be for a young family but there is no private yard. That's right, that huge backyard is huge because it is open to the other 2 houses on either side! It is shared! You better really like your neighbours.
The other house could be a starter home for a young family or a downsize for an older couple but it is small.
As I said, the house on the east side of the Woodlawn is overpriced.
This house is priced right if not a little low and could easily go for $1.6 million.
It will sell first, even if it is a little outdated.
