I am surprised that Teddington Homes hasn't snatched this place up yet and built a place like the 4 they seem to be responsible for down the street....

The lot size is great at 50 x 140 but that is about all this place has going for it.

This house has been the same for 50 years.  Nothing has changed and though this 3 bedroom house is quaint, it isn't worth $1,450,000.  And it isn't worth renovating.  

The only thing that makes sense is to tear this down and build a large 4 bedroom in its place. 

My guess as to why Teddington hasn't done just that is the price tag and the fact that it is only 3 houses away from busy Wilson Avenue.  The buses going up and down that hill on top of all the traffic wouldn't be the best background noise.

And if you built a $1,000,000 new build on this lot, on top of the $1.5 million asking price, do you think someone would pay $3,000,000 for it!?! 

I don't think so.

And that is the only price you could ask to make any money.
