This house on a 40 x 125 lot in North Rosedale sold last year for $1,500,000.  Clearly the buyer wasn't buying the place for the house because it is not big.  Well, looks like Rosewood Custom Homes bought it and are trying to sell the house before the construction begins.  Here is what the house is going to look like.

Not bad.  It could be worse.  It could look like another one of their builds in Bennington Heights....

 Hopefully they don't go to the same brick supplier because that is NOT nice.

But the inside of this house is quite nice.  I am guessing that the house on Whitehall will look very similar just not as big.

The new build is set to be 3,400 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.  

There is also an optional independent garage elevator.  WHAT is that!?!  A car elevator!?!

All that for $3,095,000.  

That actually doesn't seem bad considering the worst house in the neighbourhood that is just down the street was listed at $2,400,000 last summer.  

And it sold in A WEEK.

The agents call this a family friendly street.  It's not.  It is very busy.

But it is close to schools, a bus route, a great park and the super fancy store where you can buy your organic toothpaste for only $12 a tube...Summerhill Market.
