Penthouse for Rent
This penthouse apartment located at 10 Morrison Street near King Street West that I compared to another apartment in the building back in October is still on the market. The other place sold in a week like I called it.
But, not only is this place still listed for sale, it is also listed on CRAIGSLIST for rent!!
For $9,000 a month!
I am not sure what the market is for a 4 bedroom penthouse rental but this seems like a lot.
So what happens if you decide to rent this and then someone buys it? Do you have to move out?
What about rent to own!?!

Sudden Demo of a 19th Century(?) Home Shocks Neighbours
The Torontoist reports that this (they say 19th Century but did they mean 1900's or is it really from the 1800's!?!) home at 81 Wellesley Street East was being demolished on Wednesday despite a request for Heritage designation being in the works.
Woops!
