This 3 bedroom home located on Point Grey Road in Vancouver is odd.
And for $14,200,000, do you want odd?
Granted, the house is amazing. It was designed by award winning architect Arthur Erickson, the same designer of Roy Thompson Hall in Toronto, and renovated in 2008 by the designer of the year Robert Ledingham.
But I am not getting the second floor roof and no second floor. The master bedroom is on the ground level and the other 2 bedrooms are in the basement. If you could build a roof that high, why wouldn't you have put the bedrooms up there. Maybe that way you could create a larger living space and have a card table with FOUR chairs instead of just 2.
Or am I just missing the point.
And does that rooftop terrace (is that where it is? I can't figure it out) have a glass railing? I can't see one and for sure I would fall off the side.
The house is pretty impressive and with 66 feet of Vancouver shoreline, you definitely can't beat the views!
