This is a pretty amazing 5000 square foot Penthouse condo at the top of the Le St. Regis in Ville-Marie, Montreal!
And the price reflects that!
Priced at $3,500,000, this is pretty high for a condo that is only 2 bedrooms. But compared to this condo at Scrivener Square in Toronto that isn't half as nice, this place is a bargain!
Every thing about it is great, except maybe having the den be part of the open concept area and what is that railing thing in the main hall?
But that deck is unbeatable!
