10 Morrison St 405 - FASHION DISTRICT
This is the third condo I have featured from this building located steps to King West. Guess I like the building!
With 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in 1,220 square feet, this apartment is basically the exact layout as the 903 apartment I featured back in October. The only difference is this one has an extra bathroom and the layout is different.
I much prefer the layout of 903 (see below).
The living room seems squished in 405 (all photos are below) with that huge pillar taking up so much space. The dining room table works so much better there. And that office was soooo much nicer in the 903 apartment.
903 also took a little more time to tidy up the bathrooms and put away the grubby towels before taking the pictures....It just makes it look like the washrooms don't have enough storage, which they don't. No need to draw attention to that!
903 was listed at $699,900 and sold in a week. 405 is listed at $659,000. It will be interesting to see what happens.
Guesses what each went for/will go for? We should make bets.
I think that even though 405 is larger with an extra bathroom, the ultimate sold price will be higher for 903. It just shows better even though they are exactly the same.
But if those pendants above the dining room come with the place.....
