Wait, WHAT!?!

So, this lame flip job that happened in the winter of 2010/11 didn't sell in March of 2011 so it was relisted in November.

Again, it didn't sell (I am assuming) and so they relisted it again last week for....

$113,000 MORE !?!

There are some nice houses on this street but by no means is this one of them.  There used to be a green siding covered porch that they ripped off but other than that, nothing about the front has changed.

They didn't even touch the windows.  Those things need to be replaced.  And with an almost $1 million price tag, you think the house would have new windows.

I don't understand that weirdly partitioned room at the front.  I think if that were opened up, the living room was moved there, the dining room moved into the living room and the dining room became a family room, this first floor would function better.

And it would have been nice to open the kitchen up to the backyard.  But this flipper wasn't interested in anything but putting in new floors and throwing in a quick new kitchen and bathrooms (and that beautifully unnecessary faux brick wall).  Who are they trying to kid?

This house didn't sell back in March and November for $839,000 because it was overpriced then.  Raising the price isn't going to help.

I say this place should be listed at $739,000.

Anyone else agree?
