This one is located in Little Italy/Bickford Park was listed in 2011 for $659,000 (bet it sold for more than that).
It is now listed for $1,098,000. It is 4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on a 15.17 x 130 foot lot.
I am a little underwhelmed by the first floor of this house but the bathrooms are nice! I think a lot of it has to do with that angled wall in the living room. It makes it hard to get a couch in there. I suppose once there is proper furniture in there, it will look better.
Those doors with the glass panels in the bedrooms are unfortunate though.
Also, I am not sure why they staged this house with the bed shoved into that dormer on the third floor. If the bed was against the wall, it would have shown soooo much better.
The deck is a nice size too but what is that? Is that a shwarma stick built into the deck?
What is that thing!?!
Shoot. Now I want a shawarma.
