This place is expensive.

It is listed at $3,250,000 and is on a 90.20 x 370.60 foot, pie shaped lot (holy cr-ap!).

It currently has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

I kind of love the house like this.  There has only been one owner since it was built in 1955.  Clearly, the baby blue carpet would have to go.  Not sure if the furniture would be coming with the house but that moroccan berber rug needs to stay.  With an 'L' shaped couch in the living room full of windows, it could look like this room (note just cause I am a fan of the site: this is an Australian blog shop blog so those pillows and pouffs are for sale along with that rug...)

But if you have that much money to spend on a house over looking a ravine (albeit REALLY close to the 401, the largest highway in Canada), would you keep this house even if it could be transformed for $500,000 or do you tear it down....

And build a monstrosity?

Please don't throw out that rug....

And it would be pretty cool to re-use that wood paneling in a new kitchen....
