Looks like this is the 'new bungalow' of Lawrence Park North/Bedford Park/Lawrence Manor....
This is what the house looked like 2 years ago...
I am shocked sometimes by what can be built on a lot that is 25 feet wide.
This is a nice house. It is typical of the new builds that are going up in these neighbourhoods. But there are some things that drive me crazy.
Like that basement walk out!!!!
In this case, with the basement not being fully submerged, couldn't the deck have gone across the whole back of the house above the door!?! The deck is totally useless except for a barbeque! That makes me crazy.
And the brick isn't the nicest. Where is it coming from?
And wasn't there better staging furniture available?
The rest is nice. Not amazing but very nicely done and a good size for a family with 4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
For $1,850,000 in a family friendly neighbourhood, close to shops and the subway, would you buy this place? Seems a wee bit pricey to me. Maybe $1,750,000...
