Yes! This is the same house as my last post from the 2010 listing. It is listed again!
I guess the owners didn't sell and took the house off the market because 2 years later, it has the same furniture with a few changes.
There aren't a LOT of changes except for a few pieces and the placement of the furniture but the master bath vanity was stripped of the white paint and now it is stained wood. I think it looks really good! But the bath should still have been centered on that wall.
I do really love this house but I think it could use some brightening up and I am not a fan of that stained glass thing in the front hall. Nice work on the curtains though!
And the price has changed.
It is now listed at $2,995,000!! Do you think it will get asking?
It is on a 40 x 145 lot!
