I do not like how the ceiling is opened up to the second floor right on top of the dining room (though it doesn't make the house very bright with the skylight). This is a house made for kids (like a boy and a baby...), so unless your kids are super sleepers, they probably won't go to sleep until the party is over.
Maybe that's why the owners are selling!
