456 Euclid Avenue - LITTLE ITALY

Really, twice the price as the Beaconsfield Avenue house!?!  I did say that similar houses would go for almost twice as much just a few blocks north, but really!!

This is a flip.

All of the charm that is left is on the front of the house.

Sure the bathrooms are fancy and the kitchen is brand new but you could update the other place for less than $100,000 probably.

And this place last sold 2 years ago (yes, a flip) for $762,500, it was just listed for $1,649,000 and sold for $1,625,000.

That is nuts.

Is it worth twice as much as this place down the street...

Or this place down the street....,then again, I thought this place was a good price at $1,295,000 but the inside is sooo much better...

So is this house worth it?  I think it is a bit nuts.
