5 Wells Street - ANNEX

This is a solid home in the Annex located across the street from Jean Sibelius Square, a small park with a nice playground.

Though this house is only 3 bedroom, it could easily be made into 5 if you were to move the family room into the currenlty unfinished basement.  It looks like there is lots of room down there.

All for what I think is a reasonable price in this neighbourhood, for this size house (even if it is a semi) in the heart of the Annex.

$1,249,000

I would want to paint out the white at the front of the house.  More like the house to the left...

And the bathrooms could use some updating but it is definitely not necessary.

The first floor has a good sized closet and a powder room.

The backyard has parking which is great in Annex and a little bit of grass...the deck is large, gets lots West sun....

And one of the rooms was designed by Sarah Richardson.  Bet you can't guess which one it is!!!

I just don't really understand that breakfast area.  There maybe lots of storage but otherwise it seems like a long skinny room that couldn't even fit a table.  Maybe they could get rid of the Pellegrino bottles (when did this become a thing?) and put in a flat screen instead.  Also, get rid of the side table who's sole purpose is to hold the dog treats (it's a burmese, you can see it on the porch shot) and put in a couch.  Then the space is less of a pantry and has more use!

I really like this place and can't see it staying on the market for long.
