556 Woburn Avenue - LAWRENCE/BEDFORD/LEDBURY PARK
This is the other half of the bungalow tear down lot on Woburn that I posted a month ago.
How does the numbering work on this street? I would have thought that one of these places had an 'A' or a '1/2' after the number. Did the people who built the bungalows skip a number knowing this new build business was going to happen? I am confused.

This one is not staged.
And half of the pictures are taken from the other house (note the backsplash and missing appliances). The staged half is off the market but I have no idea what it sold for. I am guessing listing as it went from $1,329,000 to $1,289,900.
And this house is listed at $1,289,900.
I didn't notice in the other post that the bath was IN the shower. IN THE SHOWER.
That sucks. Why is this necessary?
And thanks to Stuart for pointing out in the last post that the powder room opened into the kitchen. That is annoying.
Again, if this were $1,199,000, it would be a good buy.
