In lieu of the City of Toronto owned Christie Pitts house below being listed at $549,000 and selling for $770,000, do you think this Seaton Village house above will sell for its asking price of $869,000?

Though the agent points out that this is a neighbourhood in transition and there have been several 'million dollar renovations' nearby, is this lot really worth that much!?!  The lot isn't huge at 20 x 125.     The Christie Pitts lot is 43 x 110!!!

And for $869,000, I would rather live in Beaconsfield Village!  There may be just as much graffiti but at least there is a good nightlife nearby.
