Actually, it might be considered 'West Vancouver' but it is actually on an island called Bowen Island just a short ferry ride from West Van.
It is actually half way between West Vancouver and Gibsons. If you can't remember where you have heard of Gibsons, let me refresh you...

I am off topic....
So....though I would like to paint out all the dark wood trim, I do love the black kitchen (kind of loving black kitchens right now). The tile floor drives me crazy and I don't really like the decor of the house, except for that wood and glass coffee table in the tv room (though I learned from 'Selling New York' episode last night with Regis Philbin that it is supposed to be called a Library). And I don't really like the tile...or the marble of the bathrooms...
I REALLY love this house. And the views are amazing!! Mostly of West Vancouver but I think if you walked a bit to the end of the deck you could see downtown Vancouver. And you don't get the sunsets. But I kind of love it.
