Hmm. This place is interesting.
I wonder if they got the inspiration from the place across the street...
Located at Lawrence and Don Mills in the Banbury area, this 2+3 bedroom house is currently listed at $1,349,000.
It is a new build. If I were building a house from scratch, I would build a dining room and not throw a few stools against the kitchen island and call that the dining room.
And I wish there was a floor plan because I don't understand where the other +2 bedrooms are. I guess they are in the basement.
This place is nice and bright and the neighbourhood is seeing a transformation, in part thanks to the Shops at Don Mills.
But with a 60 x 100 lot, you would think they could have squeezed in a dining room and a family room.
In a city that is tearing down its bungalows, it is interesting that this builder chose to build a new one. Maybe it's a neighbourhood thing.
