feels like a condo.

Located just north of Eglinton between Yonge and Mt. Pleasant, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,000 square foot condo feels cramped.

And for $1,100,000, you don't want cramped.

Is it because that couch is HUGE!?!  It looks comfy but it is huge.  And if that leather chair isn't a massage chair, it needs to go.

The deck is pretty nice though!  Might not be so great if they keep building 40 storey buildings surrounding it!
