This is a great house for a couple of any age or a young family. And there is a nanny suite/rental with a separate entrance in the basement which could help pay the listing price of $749,000.
I think this house will go over though considering this place located just a few blocks away sold for over a million last week.
Currently, this home is set up as a 2 bedroom with an office but the office could be turned into another bedroom.
The bathrooms are in good shape. The kitchen is okay but I would prefer to paint the cabinets a lighter colour, get rid of that corner cabinet and put in some squared off carerra marble counters.

It looks like a chalk drawing on a piece of black cardboard. Is it an image of a fireplace photoshopped in by the agent!?! The listing says there is a fireplace but that thing doesn't look real!
Maybe it's just me......
