This Riverdale house located at 160 Langley Avenue sold at the end of January in under a week.

It was listed at $769,900 and I thought it would go over.

And it did but I clearly was off.  I thought it might go as high as $950,000.  It almost made it there but not quite.

It sold for $870,000.

Still not a bad price!
