SOLD FOR JUST OVER $1,000,000!?!

This one in Playter Estates listed at $949,000 and sold for just over $1 Million is clearly a tear down.......

MAKES THIS PLACES LOOK LIKE A STEAL!!

This semi located just South of Bloor and East of Bathurst is really nice inside.  It isn't huge but it has nice built-ins and a great deck.  Unfortunately it is located right beside a big parking lot.

Guess that is why it sold for $9,000 under asking at $710,000.  

But if the lot doesn't bother you, this was a good deal especially compared to the tear down above.
