This seems like a pretty incredible piece of property and after just spending a few days in Montreal, I thought it was time for another Montreal post!
This whole 4 storey building with roof top deck is listed for $1,975,000. It certainly isn't cheap but this place has 3 bedrooms, a commercial space on the first floor and it is located in the centre of Old Montreal. It may be a bit touristy but in time, this place will be amazing!
I love everything about this place. Except for the size of the tv in the 'boudoir'. What's that about?

I am not sure why this hasn't sold. It seems as though it has been listed for a while as there is a Christmas wreath in one of the fourth floor bedrooms.
But is it me or does this seems like a bargain for this place!?!
Holy cr-p! It has a finished basement too! What does that mean in Old Montreal!?! I want to see pictures! Maybe it is just for commercial storage...
And it doesn't say if the curtains are included. That would not be cheap in this place...
Pretty cool piece of property though.
