That was fast!

The gutter/teardown at 119 Rusholme Road in Dufferin Groce that I posted 4 days ago has had a price drop.

It is significant but still not enough.

It dropped by 19% to $1,599,000.

And I didn't read it wrong last week.  This place really was listed at $1,899,000.

It is still going to be a hard sell.
