PRICE DROP - 79 Fishleigh Drive - CLIFFSIDE
I am not sure when this happened but the new build on Fishleigh Drive in Cliffside has had a price drop.
It has gone from $2,195,000 to $1,995,000.
It is probably still high (the front is not nice) but the inside is nice, the view is amazing and this is going to be a pretty great neighbourhood in a few years if the new builds are done right.
Still, I think it should be more like $1,850,000.
Do you think these people are from Vancouver? One of their posters is of Vancouver street names. And the house does kind of have a Vancouver feel...
