would be my preference. It would really make a difference to that front hall too.
For $599,000 and 3 bedrooms, this might not be the best looking house from the front, the price is high and the inside is missing something...but if you are into Scandinavian style, this is a good starting point.
Not sure it will have a lot of potential buyers though.
