I wish there were more pictures of this $3,950,000 4+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom new build in Thorncrest Village.

The front makes it look like it isn't that big but it is once you get inside.  And it is all done well (except for that bannister).  I really  like the floor colours and the colour of the wood built ins.  And I like how the kitchen was done.  The grey quartz countertop looks amazing.

I do find that dining room to be oddly large though.  Maybe it's just that the staging furniture isn't big enough for the space.

Since it is a new build, there is of course a basement walk out.  I don't understand those things.

And I want to see the washrooms!

It's hard to tell how large the back yard is.  But with a lot depth of 139 feet and that much front yard, I can't imagine the back yard is that big.  It's also not very private or contained.  Is that an Etobicoke thing?

What do you think?  Is this totally overpriced or all worth it?
