If the 3 bedroom row house at 25 Bellwoods Avenue in Trinity-Bellwoods sold for $787,000, I can see why this row house is listed at $1,199,000.

It might be $100,000 too much but it is 4 bedrooms and recently renovated.  I like the look of the kitchen and the washrooms are done well but the dining room seems really small.  There is a full basement though.

And the backyard needs some sod.  I wonder if they will do that before they sell.

Hopefully the place to the right is undergoing renovations because it looks a little run down.  Not exactly what you want attached to you after spending $1,000,000 plus.
