This 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft located on block south of King Street West and east of Bathurst is pretty nice with a price tag of $689,000.  

I am not sure that the couch facing the tv is making the best of the small space but it does look nice.  Normally I don't like those faux brick walls but I kind of like it here.

All the furniture is nice and it is too bad that it doesn't come with the place.  It all fits really well.  

Though there isn't a second bedroom, you could put a pull-out in the office.

And there is a nice south facing view.  Hopefully there aren't any new builds going up to obstruct it any time soon.
