According to the listing, this 4+1 bedroom (though it is really 3+1 and a family room) house was recently renovated.  It is listed for $2,395,000.

Weird thing is, it was listed in 2007 and the listing then said it was renovated.  I don't think it has been touched in the last 5 years since the listing price then was $2,149,000.  There is no way that 5 years have past, they did a full reno, and they only listed it 10% higher.

Whenever it was done, the reno was done well.  The house is traditional and modern at the same time. It has a gym, a salt water pool, 2 family rooms and a recreation room....

The fact that it is really only 3 bedrooms is too bad but the upstairs family room would make a very bright bedroom, just a little odd.

And though it is on a corner lot, it probably doesn't get a lot of traffic being that the streets all lead to a ravine.

Maybe that is why they don't have curtains.  Very little foot traffic....or they just want to show off the rugs.  These people are serious about their rugs.
