Okay, if the 71 Morningside Avenue house in Swansea was listed at $1,298,000 and sold for $1,515,000, what is THIS place going to sell for!?!
It is attached on both sides unlike the fully detached Swansea house but this house is SOOOO much better.
And it is listed at $1,249,000.
I love the interior. Sure it has the cathederal ceilings like the Leaside house at 18 Leacrest that I wasn't crazy about, but it suits this house and neighbourhood. If you are going to have a house that backs onto the back doors of a stretch of hot restaurants on Ossington, are you going to care if your baby can hear a dinner party coming from downstairs?
This might be why the price is so low though. The view out the back probably won't change much as these are restaurants, not houses , and won't see much upgrading. But if you don't look out the back windows (or the neighbours' houses), this house is amazing!
And can you believe the transformation from what it looked like before!?!
