Though it is a semi, this 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home steps to Yorkville and the Summerhill shops on Yonge is a pretty good spot.

The outside isn't the best but the inside has had a recent reno. The walk in at the front into a mudroom in the basement is terrific for families.

The easily overlooked quirks aside, the street is quiet, the location is great and the size is good for a family.  At $1,699,000, it might give the house on Cottingham across Avenue Road a run for their money.
