I don't think this house is being marketed as a tear down on a huge lot because it is only 30 x 95 feet.  That isn't very deep.

Plus, the kitchen was recently renovated.  It may be a terrible colour but it is renovated.

And the house isn't very big.

That is why the $1,295,000 price tag confuses me.

Playter Estates might be hot right now but not that hot.

A fancy master built in, a media thingy in the kitchen and fancy french doors aren't worth $350,000.

listing
