And it went for...

Last week, I compared two Riverdale semis located blocks away from each other.  They are basically the same house in a different package.

Both sold.

The one on the left was my pick to win and it is located at 181 Withrow Avenue.  It was listed at $769,000.

The other one is located at 144 Simpson Avenue, a few blocks south.  It was listed at $749,000.

And who was the winner?

Well, one sold for $870,000 with 5 offers and the other sold for $755,000.

Who won!?! 

The Withrow house was the winner as I predicted!  

I wouldn't have guessed 13% over though!  Good one!
