PRICE DROP - 143 Macpherson Avenue - SUMMERHILL

The Holly Hobbie house dropped its price a day after my price drop prediction.

It was listed at $1,395,000 and after 3 weeks of not selling, they dropped it to $1,295,000. 

It is a nice house that needs work on a popular street.  

I still think it is too high but the new price will bring in a lot more interest.
