This house has been on the market FOREVER!!

I posted it last August but it has actually been on and off the market since 2009!!!!

It was initially listed at $10,800,000 and it looks like after not selling for over 2 YEARS, they have dropped the price.

To $9,880,000.

I like this house.  It is a bit cold but more furniture could change that.  And look at that backyard!!!  You would never have to leave.

Will be interesting to see if the price drop helps!
