Do you think this place is priced too high?

It is listed at $989,000 and is 4+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

It actually feels like a flip to me but I can't find the previous listing.  It's the kitchen.  That is all new and it is large but I don't love it.

The house itself isn't huge but it is move right in ready.  

The second floor washroom is large.  The floors look old but in good shape.

And there is a third floor master with a bathroom but a disgusting looking rug.  The basement has the same disgusting rug (maybe it isn't a flip but I am pretty sure it is!).

This house has been on the market for under a week.  I am guessing it will go for list but I can't imagine it going much higher.
