This house lost me at the front hall.
Actually, it probably lost me with that window trim and garage paint colour but definitely at that pendant in the front hall.
Ornate boob lights are never a good thing.
And then there is all that crown moulding. And the fireplaces.
Is it me or does that living room look TINY?
Not loving the ceiling medallions.
Or the kitchen backsplash.
I actually do like it but not in this kitchen. Maybe in this kitchen...
I am also not into the tile in the washrooms. Or the Home Depot hardware (which is fine at a different price).
Or the back deck. That is awful.
This is not a house I would want to spend $4,295,000 on.
It's a $2,900,000 house.
Maybe $3,300,000.
Is the agent sure the architect who did this house is the same architect who did this house?
