Clearly this is a new build. But it isn't that new.
In 2008, it was listed at $5,950,000.
I have no idea what it sold for then but it was then re-listed in 2011 for $6,495,000.
Guess that was too much because it dropped to $5,998,000 (which makes me think they didn't get anywhere close to ask in 2008).

It is large, and new, and the pool cabana is amazing...
But it is basically a larger version of the house at 405 Brunswick in the Annex.
You can tell that this one is done better and it isn't a semi. Plus the lot is a lot larger but is it worth the $3.5 million dollar difference?

It was in the 15 Oakley house by the 401 as well.
Speaking of which, that place is priced $450,000 less than this place.
