Yet another cookie cutter builder's house in Leaside.

I saw this a while ago but wasn't going to post it because....it is yet another cookie cutter builder's house in Leaside...until a reader emailed to point out a quirk.

It's not the awful colours of the girls' bedrooms, or what appears to be a lack of backsplash (weird for a builder house), or the fact that the boy's room and one girl's room have what appear to be a Hawiian boy and girl doll chatting in each room, or the fact that this house fit on the lot that used to have this house on it....

But that there is a huge utility pole about 6 feet from the edge of the lot!!!

How wide are driveways?  How wide are cars!?!

Would it even be possible for a car to fit through the stop sign pole and the parking sign pole!?!

Apparently, the garage used to be around the side of the house.  That would have made SOOO much more sense.

But then the builder would have to redraw the plans they bought at the Builder Floor Plan Shop.

At least it is staged a bit better this time around!

Might help with that $1,795,000 asking price.

But probably not.
