I would rather live in this house than the Summerhill house I just posted and that place is $200,000 more!

But $1M for 2 bedrooms in Playter Estates?  Things could be crazier.

I kind of love this place though.  It used to be an ice factory.

I would just add some railings and more appropriate furniture, not ottomans with tassles.
