276 Markham Street - LITTLE ITALY
Here is another duplex blocks away from my last two post at 439 Crawford Street and 318 Manning Avenue.
Both this house and Manning have already sold but Crawford was just listed today. I wanted to post the two sold duplexes as a comparison.
This duplex (which is actually an owner occupied triplex) on Markham was listed at $749,500 and sold for $970,000 (thanks J)!!
It seems larger than the other two duplexes but that could just be the pictures.
I like the looks for the other interiors but this one could be decorated and painted to be better. That mirror between the 2 windows is just weird.
Clearly someone thought it was better because they paid a premium for it. It definitely has the best curb appeal!! And a garage.
So, given the prices of the last two posts, is Crawford going to go over asking or is the price just right?
I think it will go for $840,000, maybe $870,000.
And are duplexes instead of basement apartments the new thing for Toronto?
If the prices for a single family home keep up, I think so!
