Since I don't normally post duplexes, I thought I would post another duplex that recently sold blocks away from the duplex in my last post at 439 Crawford Street.

It is actually a tri-plex and the estimated annual income is $58,582.44.

The asking price was $749,000 and it sold for $837,000.

The style is good and it is really bright.  That kitchen kind of reminds me of Tommy Smythe's old kitchen...

The front of the house is really ugly though.  I wonder if it still looks like that.
