This 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Cabbagetown was listed last Monday and was sold by Friday. 

It was listed for $1,100,000 and sold for $1,200,000.

I like the style of the house but I can't get past the convenience store/restaurant windows at the front.  That would drive me nuts.

And the 'yard' basically being on the sidewalk.  That would make me nuts too.

I like the style inside, the wood, the kitchen, the railings, the railing wood colour....the bathrooms...

But I couldn't get past those windows.

At least it has a parking spot.
