I finally found a listing I wanted to post in Baby Point!!
This semi isn't on the ravine over looking the Humber but it is a great house for the money.
It is listed at $669,000 but will most likely sell over. Probably $780,000. (Especially considering that this place sold for $781,000!)
Nothing needs to be done, except maybe paint the kitchen cabinets (not loving the colour). And I think I would open up the back wall to the 'family room'. But neither of those things are necessary.
This house looks like it has been very well taken care of.
It only has one bathroom and the basement is unfinished but it is on a quiet dead end street and is in a location near the Junction, Bloor West and High Park.
I don't understand why they park in the backyard though. It doesn't look like this street has parking issues.
I love the iron detail on those windows at the front door!
