This is being sold as a tear down.

Sure the front makes it look small but there is a big addition at the back.  I think it was done 25 years ago (you could reno it if you really wanted to).

Just take a look at the neighbour...

I don't think the guy with the saw on the front lawn 3 years ago was working on this addition.  That is a HUGE new house.  The old house was listed a year and a half ago for $1,250,000.

And this current lot is 37 x 165 in a VERY hot neighbourhood just north of Eglinton.  Plus, it backs onto a portion of Sunnybrook Park.

There is an open house today and I will be surprised if it is still available for the weekend open house.
