I don't know a lot about the Etobicoke neighbourhood where this mid-century bungalow is located but from what I gather, it is a bit of a sleepy place.
It is still a place where people haven't put up fences, where the lots are huge and there are no sidewalks.
And there are amazing bungalows that have yet to be torn down!
This house looks like it could use a LOT of work but it would be unfortunate to tear it down.
It is on a 100 x 256 lot that backs onto a park ravine.
This house could be amazing!
With an asking price of $899,900 and another $200,000 to fix it up, would that be a crazy price to pay in this neighbourhood?
I don't think so...
That tree in the front is incredible.
