If you like zebra wood, you will love this place!
Personally, I am not into zebra would so I wouldn't be the buyer but the place is huge and shouldn't have a problem selling.
The kitchen is new-ish and fully functional but doesn't match the rest of the house. The bathroom with the paneling seems like it's from a different house as well.
And the third floor bed nook only fits a queen but it looks like you could put a larger bed around the corner. Those cutouts in the wall beside the bed are interesting...and so is that washroom...
But with the location, 4 bedrooms, detached garage, and basement with a separate entrance (but no kitchen though the listing says 'basement apartment') and a price tag of $849,000...!
This place will sell fast. And probably for $899,000, if not $915,000. They just have to find someone who likes those floors.
